Bank statement PDF to QIF

QIF is the older money-app format (Quicken, Microsoft Money, Banktivity, GnuCash). Brought Forward writes a bank-type QIF with UK dates (dd/mm/yyyy), the amount, the description as payee and the payment type as memo.
